Learn how to design behavioural interventions to change behaviour at pace.
What choices do you want people to make? Research and insight professionals are increasingly expected to go beyond understanding human behaviour, to changing behaviour. Designing behavioural interventions to make it easier for customers, employees, or public to make better choices is one of the most in-demand skills.
This practical, hands-on course will coach you how to apply the latest behavioural science to design experiences, communications, products, and services that work with – not against – the science of human behaviour. Working on a project of your own choosing, you will complete a behavioural design sprint to learn by doing (rather than theory) – equipping you with practical tools and templates to design behavioural interventions, and not to mention a backlog of interventions (and inspiration) for your own project.
