This course is now delivered online as a series of live sessions which fully meet the learning objectives of face-to-face training.

This comprehensive training course looks at the tricky process of moderating respondents. It covers everything you need to know: starting with the basic theory of moderating; how to get started and cope with nerves; using stimulus materials and projective techniques; and dealing with difficult respondents.

During the course you will gain practical experience of moderating real respondents, as well as receiving individual feedback and tips for improvement.

Kenny is a Director at CSR and has worked in Research for over 16 years. His specialist research areas are fmcg, international and financial research. Responsibilities include project management, moderation, analysis and presentations.

He is a highly experienced moderator, frequently tutoring moderating skills courses for the Market Research Society.

Whilst a UK based researcher, he works across all markets, especially developing and merging markets.

Clients include Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group and British Airways.
