This is an in-person course held at Spectrum Viewing Studio, London.

This comprehensive training course looks at the tricky process of moderating respondents. It covers everything you need to know: starting with the basic theory of moderating; how to get started and cope with nerves; using stimulus materials and projective techniques.

During the course you will gain practical experience of moderating real respondents, as well as receiving individual feedback and tips for improvement.
