C Space is the global Customer Agency — breaking down the walls, departments and structures that keep customers on the outside to create change, de-risk decisions and disrupt industries.

C Space is made of two divisions: 

  1. Through Customer as a Service, we give clients access to an ongoing suite of tools that combine rich human truths from online communities and ethnographic research, robust quantitative research, behavioural data integration (CRM, Social, etc.), co-creation and insight activation (design/ prototyping). Customer as a Service strengthens connections between brands and customers; resulting in brands designing better products, creating relevant marketing, improving CX and building a true customer intuition in the wider business.
  2. Our Strategic consulting division focus on ad hoc interventions to support bigger and bolder Insight/Foresight, Innovation, Customer Experience and Customer Closness projects that help brands outsmart competition by thinking ahead, always with the customers in mind.
