Fair Data is an accreditation launched in January 2013 to show which companies handle their customers’ personal data fairly. A Fair Data company must meet the 10 Fair Data principles.

Fair Data has an 'audit board', the Fair Data Accreditation Board which approves audit proposals for businesses going through the Fair Data process.
