The MRS annual Financial Services Conference brings together 100+ financial services research and insight specialists from financial services providers, regulators and agencies to analyse customers’ behaviours, discuss market trends and implications, celebrate innovative research methodologies and present the latest research findings that are shaping our understanding of financial services’ customers, markets and organisations.

This year we want to include contributions that:

  • Showcase innovative approaches to capturing insight and measuring performance
  • Uncover the impact of Brexit on consumer and businesses financial planning and investment
  • Explore how research is helping to highlight and secure key FinTech market and customer opportunities
  • Examine how to become a big data driven organisation where data analytics is used to personalise offerings, shape strategy and spearhead new customer propositions
  • Improve our understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer experiences in digital, mobile and branch environments
  • Examine how behavioural insight are being used to develop more customer centric operations
  • Deliver insight on how best to build brand trust and loyalty in an increasingly competitive market
  • Demonstrate how to maximise the impact of B2C and B2B communications

We’re looking to include a variety of session formats including, but not limited to:

  • Client / agency co-presented case study presentations
  • TED style thought leadership papers
  • Panel discussions
  • Debates
  • Round table discussions
  • Small group based practical exercises
