MRS and AQR have been developing a Recruiter Accreditation Scheme to raise the profile and status of recruiters, by devising a training and accreditation scheme that will recognise the knowledge, skills and competence of professional recruiters.
We have created this page to bring together all the relevant information so that you and your colleagues can keep up-to-date with this project. Following the recruiter consultation meetings, which were held in London and Manchester in September 2015, AQR and MRS have been busy throughout 2016 developing materials with the aim of launching the Scheme in 2017. In order to ensure we are on track we would welcome your feedback on the draft materials which have been developed so far.
A new webinar has also been developed, which sets out why the Scheme has been developed and how it will be implemented. As part of this webinar we have also included an update about some forthcoming data protection and privacy legal changes to keep up to date about these very important developments.
