The FAB comprises representatives of associations and networks operating within the sector who undertake to:

  • Identify potential candidates for Fellowship from within the associations or networks they represent.
  • Encourage and provide nominations for candidates for Fellowship.
  • Review the criteria for Fellowship and make recommendations to the MRS Fellows Board regarding amendments for consideration particularly to ensure continued diversity and inclusivity.
Daniel Cunil - Born in Barcelona, Daniel studied his degree between two different countries, giving him the chance to study in very international and diverse environments. Since the beginning of his career in research he has worked with new methodologies: First online, then mobile and later with all sorts of innovations. He likes learning about new technologies and data and especially loves helping clients integrate these into their current research techniques. He is Director of Market Research at Bilendi UK, a proud member of the MRSpride steering group and an MRS Mentor.

Josephine is a Fellow of the Market Research Society and has spent most of her career focused on understanding Gen Z.

As part of the senior team at Savanta she leads it’s Next Gen practice. She was the Managing Director of YouthSight research until it was acquired and before that she spent nearly a decade at GfK.

Josephine is an active member of MRSpride, presenting the podcast OUTsights, and is passionate about making market research an industry where everyone can succeed.
Josephine is a regular on the international conference circuit, sharing her take on generational theory supported by Savanta’s unique State of the Youth Nation tracking data.

Chloe Fowler - Chloe has been a qualitative researcher since 1998. She started as a graduate at Leapfrog Research & Planning and has also worked at Firefish and TRBi (now Synovate). She co-founded Razor Research in 2007. She founded The Nest Research in 2020. She is currently Chair of AQR.

Debrah is responsible for all MRS operations and leads the Society’s standards, policy and public affairs activities. Debrah graduated from Southampton University in the early 90’s with an honours degree in Geography.

She first worked in accountancy and then moved to the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) in 1994. After working in auditing and compliance for ABC, she joined the management of MRS in 1999 to establish a new Standards and Policy department.

Debrah is the co-author (with Peter Jackson) of the book, Quality in Market Research: from Theory to Practice and is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Sinead is SVP for Customer Transformation at Zappi, with extensive previous experience both agency and client-side, including as a Board Director and MD within Chime Insight & Engagement and as Head of Insight & Intelligence at Royal Mail.

Since moving to France with her family in 2015 she has worked remotely and was proud to be included on the Timewise Power Part Time list 2017. Following the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, she founded a consultancy, Vela, to support individuals and teams to achieve great things, remotely. She worked with organisations to help them understand and rebuild their working practices as well as offering training on key remote working skills.

Sinead leads the People & Talent programme for MRS, collaborating with people from a wide range of backgrounds to focus on supporting the sector on attracting new & returning talent, learning & development, wellbeing and agency culture & leadership.

Tatenda Musesengwa is Managing Director, Panel and Data Services, at YouthSight.

Tatenda joined YouthSight in 2010 as a Project Manager. His commercial savvy and entrepreneurial spirit led to a quick succession of promotions through the company, and in 2018 Tatenda became a Board member and was promoted to MD of the Panel & Data Services Division, running both a sales team and the operational side of the overall business. In 2021 Savanta acquired YouthSight, meaning he is now focused on supporting Savanta to expand its audience and sampling proposition.



Tatenda has worked on a range of youth-focused projects for both agency and brand clients alike, including Mediacom, Kantar, Heineken, Google & Barclays. In 2020 Tatenda also helped set up Colour of Research, which is focused on helping address issues around diversity and inclusion in the market research industry.

Jerome Sopocko - Jerome Sopocko studied mathematics and computer sciences in France (EISTI) and the United States (Florida Tech). He founded Askia in 1994 and moved to England, for love, in 1995; just after Eurostar opened. Jerome’s remit is R&D for powerful and scalable research software. Ipsos took a majority stake in Askia in 2020 with the view to make it the sector’s leading software provider.

Originally from York, Louise obtained a degree in Media Studies from Birmingham City University and has a CIM diploma. She is currently a Senior Insight Manager at BT. Over the years she has held a variety of client-side insight roles at a range of companies including Sky, Tesco & ITV. Louise is a long serving council member for AURA and currently leads their industry outreach programme. Her personal interests include playing tennis and swimming.

Danielle is a quantitative insight specialist, with a wealth of experience and expertise advising global brands spanning technology and media, utilities, FMCG and finance.

Prior to the Forge, Danielle was Head of Client Strategy at Relish, where she specialised in addressing strategic challenges, unlocking new growth verticals and commercially focused consultancy. Her strengths lie in communicating simple stories from complex data that inspire action.

Danielle is passionate about elevating our industry; being the Women in Research (WIRe) London lead, WIRe Advisory Board member, MRS Diversity, Inclusion and Equality lead and is often seen presenting, Chairing or judging at IIEX, ESOMAR or MRS conferences.

Danielle holds an MA in Geography, and an MSc in Environment, Society and Culture, both from the University of Edinburgh. Danielle also enjoys exploring wine, dystopian fiction and CrossFit, but usually not at the same time.
